J-SW!FT - 1 MORE HIT
Does the name J-SW!FT ring a bell? No? How about The Pharcyde?
J-SW!FT is a legendary producer who produced the West Coast Hip Hop group's debut album; Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde. Super producers with the likes of Kanye West and Pharrell have even dropped his name on a list of influences. One his most notable credits is "Passin' me by." After a rise to fame in the industry, J disappeared from the game due to a serious addiction to crack cocaine.
His new movie 1 More Hit is a documentary about his music industry woes and battle against depression and addiction. It's a story that many of us can relate to. Check out his new interview/feature on STRICTLY CASSETTE.
