ZEVS - VISUAL KIDNAPPING

ZEVS climbs the hotel facade on which the advert poster of Lavazza is hung. 12 meters high, it represents the outline of a young woman with the catchphrase EXPRESS YOURSELF. ZEVS cuts the body with a scalpel and binds it before hiding it in a secluded place, leaving a big hole in the poster. He then informs the brand Lavazza that they shall have to pay 500 000 € to get thei picture back, otherwise it will be excecuted in Paris. The outcome of the kidnapping is documented in a video you can see at ZEVS' website. (Which may look like Google)

This video is a must see. The whole process starts with the "kidnapping" and ends up lasting 2 years.
Heavy negotiations, a ransom, and "torture" is involved.
Here is a screenshot of him in action "kidnapping" this woman from the hotel billboard in Berlin:

ZEVS is a Parisian graffiti artist. He is known to trace shadows of inanimate objects, which remind the public of it's existence. It creates an effect of freezing time, giving that singular moment clarity and importance. It delicately takes you to an imagined moment of when ZEVS could have traced it, and pushes a perspective on something as common as a shadow.

ZEVS is also credited for the destruction of corporate identities by color matching paint and letting it "drip" from the logo:

He takes this visual attack to another level by using much more aggressive "execution" tactics:
